Retailer training that actually gets watched.

The Challenge

New retail partners, no consistent way to onboard them.

California Dog Kitchen needed a way to train retail staff on the product — what it is, why it's different, how to talk about it with customers — without relying on inconsistent in-person walkthroughs every time a new retailer came on board. The training needed to hold up on its own, with no one in the room to answer questions live.

The Approach

A real training library, built to be reused.

Six talking-head videos, each 3–5 minutes, filmed on-site with supporting b-roll of the product — covering everything from "who we are and why we exist" to the specifics retail staff actually get asked about. Structured to be watched once and referenced anytime, not a one-time live training that's forgotten by the next hire.
